Pilot terms · updated 27 July 2026
Terms for using the paid pilot
This is a commercial draft, not legal advice. Owner identity, address, support SLA and counsel approval must be added before merchant onboarding and public launch.
Who opens the account
A parent or legal guardian opens the account, controls profiles and content approval, and keeps the device secure. Payment and account administration must never happen in the child-facing part of the app.
What you are buying
The founding offer is limited paid beta access; it is not a promise of a regular lifetime price. Once the finance team verifies your payment reference, the entitlement becomes active and the available signed APK manifest appears in the portal.
Content and third parties
GolpoBari and KheliShikhi original content is licensed by ShishuAlo for personal family use. YouTube content belongs to the relevant creator or platform; ShishuAlo reviews URLs and provides controlled access, and claims no ownership of the video. Availability can change because of the creator or the platform.
Safe use
You may not sell accounts or share tokens, tamper with the app, attack the service, copy or resell content, or bypass review controls. Parents remain responsible for supervising child profiles, time limits and viewing suitability; no catalogue replaces a parent’s judgement.
Beta limitations
During the pilot you may hit bugs, manual payment delays or changes in content availability. We will try to resolve them for affected families through support, a replacement release, or the refund policy.
Contact
Do not open public sales until a production support email is configured.
